The League’s Smart Cycling program is delivered nationally by over 2,000 League Cycling Instructors. The Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation fulfills its mission to promote safe cycling by providing opportunities for Tennessee cyclists to become League Certified Instructors during its annual seminar weekend. Qualified candidates will learn how to deliver the League Smart Cycling Program and become credentialed instructors. The JCRF offers a limited number of scholarships to encourage TN communities to identify instructor-candidates with interest in development and promotion of local Smart Cycling Programs.
